摘  要:储丝房是调节和平衡制丝与卷接的生产车间,其环境温湿度稳定性及标准的符合性,直接影响卷烟成品质量及感官质量。但由于某些空调控制系统老旧,设计过时,存在控制精度和稳定性不高,空调系统冷热相消等问题。针对储丝房空调机组现有控制系统的优化需求和研究目标,本文提出了一种引入能耗预测模型方法的构想,以期实现对空调新风节能、温湿度过程控制、空调系统控制等后续控制系统的优化调节,实现空调系统的智能化运维,为研发出储丝房空调系统的多工况及高精度的节能控制方法提供研究思路。The cut tobacco storage room is a production workshop that regulates and balances cut tobacco making and rolling.Its environmental temperature and humidity stability and compliance with standards directly affect the quality and sensory quality of finished cigarettes.However,due to the old and outdated design of some air-conditioning control systems,there are problems such as low control accuracy and stability,and the elimination of heat and cold of the air-conditioning system.Aiming at the optimization requirements and research goals of the existing control system of the air-conditioning unit in the cut tobacco storage room,this paper proposes a concept of introducing the energy consumption prediction model method to realize the subsequent control systems such as air conditioning fresh air energy saving,temperature and humidity process control,and air conditioning system control.The optimized adjustment of the air-conditioning system realizes the intelligent operation and maintenance of the air-conditioning system,and provides research ideas for the development of multi-working conditions and high-precision energy-saving control methods for the air-conditioning system of the cut tobacco storage room.
