摘 要:根据制冷剂在室外侧换热器的干度变化特性,提出一种变管径复合齿形内螺纹管新型换热器,搭建应用于空气源热泵热水器的实验台,并对其性能进行测试。结果表明:在相同的工况下,对比传统的单一内螺纹齿形管换热器1,采用变管径复合齿形内螺纹管的新型换热器可明显提升热泵热水器的整体性能,采用换热器3的机组整体性能最佳,对应的制热量为13.31 kW,COP为3.9,制热量提高了7.95%,COP提高了9.24%,加热时间缩短了6分钟。According to the variation characteristics of refrigerant dryness,a new type of micro-fin tube heat exchanger based on different diameters and compound tooth profile was presented,which is used in the experimental platform of air source heat pump water heater,and its performance was tested.The experimental results indicate that under the same working condition,compared with the traditional heat exchanger 1 used micro-fin tubes with single geometries,the new type of heat exchanger can significantly improve the overall performance of the heat pump water heater.Moreover,the overall performance of the unit with heat exchanger 3 is the best,the heating capacity is 13.31 kW,COP is 3.96,the heating capacity is increased by 7.95%,COP is increased by 10.92%,and the heating time is shortened by 6 minutes.
