摘  要:本文以我国住宅建筑能耗强度作为研究对象,结合包含我国制冷、空调和采暖能耗在内的建筑能耗发展现状和近年来住宅建筑能耗强度特征的变化,采用结构方程模型分析我国经济基础、土地供给、人口总量和节能水平的变化,筛选出全国住宅建筑能耗强度的解释变量,应用SPSS和Origin软件进行多元线性回归分析,建立我国住宅建筑能耗强度特征模型,并应用模型进行实证和分析,为我国民用建筑能耗管理提供数据基础和理论依据。This paper takes the energy intensity of residential buildings in my country as the research object, and combines the development status of energy consumption including refrigeration, air conditioning heating in my country and the changes in the characteristics of residential building energy intensity in recent years. The structural equation model is used to analyze the changes in my country’s economic foundation, land supply, total population, and energy-saving level, and to screen out the explanatory variables of the national residential building energy intensity. It has applied SPSS and Origin software to conduct multiple linear regression analysis, establish a model of the energy intensity characteristics of residential buildings in my country, and apply the model to conduct empirical and analysis, and provide a data basis and theoretical basis for the energy management of civil buildings in my country.
