摘 要:为解决油田中转站中加热原油带来的化石能源消耗量大的问题。通过盘锦市某油田原有的原油集输加热系统的节能改造,引入水源热泵机组以地下水作为低温热源替代传统原油加热方式,以期达到节能减排的目的。通过自行设计的数据采集装置对改造后的原油加热系统运行性能进行数据采集,并对系统在冬季满负荷、夏季变工况下运行性能进行了分析。研究结果表明:改造后的原油集输加热系统在冬季满负荷运行工况下的机组COP为3.18,系统COP为2.49;系统在夏季变工况运行时的机组COP最大值为3.44(机组50%负荷运行)。本文研究内容为水源热泵技术在油田集输中的推广应用提供参考。To solve the problem of large fossil energy consumption caused by heating crude oil in oilfield transfer stations.Through the energy-saving transformation of the original crude oil gathering and heating system in an oil field in Panjin City,a water source heat pump unit was introduced to replace the traditional crude oil heating method with groundwater as a low-temperature heat source,in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.The operating performance of the reformed crude oil heating system was collected through a self-designed data acquisition device,and the operating performance of the system under full load in winter and variable operating conditions in summer was analyzed.The research results show that the COP of the modified crude oil gathering and heating system is 3.18 under full load operation in winter,and 2.49 is the system COP;the maximum COP of the unit under variable operating conditions in summer is 3.44(50% of the unit Load operation).The research content of this paper provides reference for the promotion and application of water source heat pump technology in oil field gathering and transportation.
