摘 要:为了避免氨制冷系统成为重大危险源,以某年产50万千升啤酒厂为例,分析了传统氨制冷系统中主要设备的灌氨量,提出了将发酵罐区氨直冷系统改为乙二醇溶液作为载冷剂的间接制冷系统,采用U-turn氨分板换装置替代传统圆筒型氨液分离器,采用新型立式贮氨器代替传统卧式贮氨器及虹吸罐,从而有效减少氨制冷系统的灌氨量,为类似工程设计提供参考。In order to prevent the ammonia refrigeration system from becoming a major source of danger,taking a brewery with an annual output of 500,000 kiloliters as an example,the amount of ammonia in the traditional ammonia refrigeration system was analyzed,and it was proposed to change the ammonia direct refrigeration system in the fermentation tank area to an indirect refrigeration system.The U-turn ammonia separation plate exchange device is used to replace the traditional cylindrical ammonia separator,and the new vertical ammonia storage is used to replace the traditional horizontal ammonia storage and siphon tank.Effectively reduce the amount of ammonia filled in the ammonia refrigeration system,and provide a reference for similar engineering design.
