摘　　要：我国规划信息化发展至今取得了一定的成就,但存在地区发展不平衡、对国外地理空间基础软件依赖度较高等问题,为客观、全面地了解我国规划信息化的发展现状,中国城市规划学会城市规划新技术应用学术委员会先后组织了美国地理空间图像软件应用情况调查和市县级规划信息化部门现状及新技术应用需求调查。文章从地理空间基础软件使用现状、规划管理业务主要应用系统建设、规划管理数据建设、规划信息化投资和理论研究等方面对上述两个调查的结果展开分析,以剖析我国规划信息化的现状问题及特征,并为其发展提供对策和建议。Planning informatization in China has made certain progress yet with problems of uneven development and high dependence on overseas software.The New Technology Academic Committee of Urban Planning Society of China has conducted a survey of the application of American geospatial image software,planning informatization and new technology needs at city and county level.The paper analyzes the survey result from basic geospatial software,application system construction in planning management,data construction,investment,and theoretical research,studies the problems and characters in planning informatization,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the profession.
