摘  要:为进行小交通量通组公路水泥混凝土路面的结构受力计算,首先进行了交通组成和标准轴载选用分析,然后基于有限元模型计算确定了混凝土板的临界荷位和轴载换算系数,最后通过对比现有规范和文中应力回归公式计算结果说明了现有规范公式存在的问题。研究结果表明:BZZ-100不应作为小交通量通组公路水泥混凝土路面结构计算的标准轴载,而应选用轴载为单轴双轮30 kN的四轮低速货车。同时,应在通组公路建设中采用物理措施隔离中型载重汽车以达到路面结构安全和投资经济性的平衡。路面板体尺寸对路面结构受力影响较小,但轴载的轮组对轴载换算系数影响巨大,推荐单轴单轮作为标准轴载时轴载换算系数为19,单轴双轮时为16。与有限元及拟合结果比较,现有规范推荐的路面荷载应力计算公式在通组公路单层板中计算值偏小,使得单层板路面结构设计偏于危险;反之,双层板中规范公式计算值偏大,路面结构设计偏于保守。In order to carry out the structural analysis of cement concrete pavement used in low traffic volume highways that connect the natural villages, the traffic composition and standard axle load selection are firstly investigated, and then the critical load position and axle load conversion coefficient of the concrete slab are determined based on the finite element method(FEM) calculation. Compared with the stress regression formula proposed by this study, the limitation of the stress calculation formula suggested by current specification is identified. The results show that BZZ-100 is not appropriate to be used as the standard axle load for low traffic volume highway connecting the natural villages, while the 30 kN single axle-dual wheel with related to the four-wheel low speed truck should be taken as the standard axle for calculation. In the meantime, the medium-duty trucks must be prohibited passing through the natural villages by constructing the physical isolation facilities, which aims at achieving a balance between road structure safety and investment economy. The pavement slab size has minor impact on the pavement structure,but the wheel composition has a great influence on the axle load conversion coefficient.It is recommended that the axle load conversion factor is 19 when the single-axle single wheel is used as the standard axle load,and 16 when the single-axle double wheel is used.Compared to the FEM and regression results,the calculation formula recommended by the current specification will obtain relative small load stress for the single-layer pavement slab in natural villages,which makes the design of the single-layer pavement structure more dangerous.On the contrary,the calculation value resulting from the current specification is obviously much larger for the double-layer slab,which makes the pavement design conservative.
