摘  要:深中通道伶仃洋大桥塔身钢筋层数多、数量大、结构复杂,施工难度大。为提高混凝土桥塔钢筋部品工业化建造水平,降低作业人员劳动强度和安全风险,深中通道S04标段以"工厂化生产、装配化施工"为总体思路,将绝大部分桥塔钢筋网片的制造转入地面工厂,通过工业化流水线的方式进行钢筋网片生产,对钢筋网片进行整体弯折成型,采用钢筋部品装配化方式进行塔柱节段拼装。索塔钢筋部品化施工工效提升30%,实现了钢筋网片毫米级精度控制,提高了施工效率,保障了工程品质。There are many layers of rebar steel in the bridge tower of Lingdingyang Bridge in Shenzhen-Zhongshan link. The rebar mesh is of complex structure and the construction is very difficult. To improve the level of industrial construction of the rebar mesh and reduce the labor intensity and safety risk of the workers, based on the general idea of “production in factory and assembly in site”, a new method is proposed to transfer the production of most rebar mesh to the factory by applying industrial assembly line. The new method is characterized by the integral bending and forming of the rebar mesh and the assembly of the steel mesh is carried out on the tower. In this way, the construction efficiency of the rebar mesh of the tower is increased by 30% and the quality is guaranteed with millimeter-level accuracy control.
