摘  要:深中通道泄洪区非通航孔桥高墩盖梁均为实心全预应力混凝土结构,盖梁采用支架法现浇施工。盖梁支架采用装配式空间异型结构,利用墩身受力,主要由支撑体系、对拉体系及模板体系组成。采用有限元软件对盖梁支架进行受力分析,并对拉杆采用不同预拉力进行结构验算,推算出最优初始预拉力,较好地指导了结构设计和施工,有效保证了施工过程安全。支架采用装配化施工模式,各个标准构件在工厂预制加工,现场分段整体安装,保证了施工质量,减少了高空作业,提高了整体施工效率,取得了较好的经济效益。The capping beams of high pier of the non-navigable bridge are all solid and fully prestressed concrete structures in the flood discharge area of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, and the capping beams are constructed by cast-in-place support method. The prefabricated support of capping beam adopts the space special-shaped structure, using piers to support the force, the support mainly includes the support system, the pull system and the template system, detailed design is carried out for the key parts to ensure the safety of the structure. The finite element software is used to analyze the force of the prefabricated support, and the structure of the tie rod is checked by using different pretension, so as to calculate the optimal initial pre-tension,which can better guide the structure design and construction and effectively ensure the safety of the construction process.The support adopts the prefabrication and assembly in-situ method.Each standard component is prefabricated in the factory and installed in sections at site,which ensures the construction quality,reduces aerial work,improves the overall construction efficiency and saves cost.
