摘 要:为提高现有抗疏力固化黄土的强度,基于其改良黏土过程中团聚细小颗粒的原理,在抗疏力固化黄土中尝试加入不同目数的造景废砂进行改性增效。利用正交单轴抗压试验对改良效果进行评价,并采用XRD、MIP、SEM细观试验揭示废砂对抗疏力固化黄土的影响机制。结果表明:抗疏力固化剂通过菱沸石团聚细小颗粒,增强粒间黏聚力,提高黄土强度,每添加1%的固化剂,可使黄土中5%的细小颗粒发生团聚;随造景废砂目数的增加,改良黄土的刚度减小;不同目数造景废砂的影响机制不同,40目充当骨架颗粒,1 000目在粒间产生润滑作用,而200目可通过孔隙填充和粒间黏聚双作用最大程度提高黄土的强度,改性增效效果最为明显。In order to improve the strength of the existing consolidation loess, based on the principle of agglomerating fine particles in the process of improving the clay, the consolidation loess is added with different meshes of landscaping waste sand for modification and efficiency enhancement. The orthogonal uniaxial compression test is used to evaluate the improvement effect, and XRD, MIP, and SEM microscopic tests are used to reveal the influence mechanism of the waste sand against the solidified loess. The results show that: by agglomerating fine loess particles with zeolite, the cohesive force between loess skeleton particles is enhanced and the strength of loess is improved. The agglomeration of 5% fine particles in loess can be achieved with the addition of 1% curing agent;however, the mechanism of LW-sand reinforcement varies with its mesh number: 40 mesh can be the framework grains, 1000 mesh produces the lubrication effect, while 200 mesh both fills in the pore and agglomerates the fine particles to strengthen loess, which shows the best effect of improvement.
