摘　　要：目的对近期用于新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)治疗的中药进行总结,并对存在的问题加以分析,以期为其进一步开发和合理应用提供依据。方法采用文献调研及Excel软件数据处理法对中药在治疗COVID-19中的应用进行总结,分析存在的问题。结果此次疫情所用中药成分复杂,复方配伍以清热药、解表药和理气药为主,清热药占比为29%,发挥抗COVID-19作用主要已知活性成分为黄酮类化合物,如槲皮素、山柰酚及木犀草素等,占比约为60%,通过关键作用靶点前列腺素内过氧化物合酶2(PTGS2)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等以综合调节的方式发挥其治疗作用,但其物质基础和作用机制尚需进一步探讨。结论在网络药理学和分子对接研究的基础上,需进一步开展物质基础-药效学-通路验证等实验研究,明确其物质基础和作用机制。Objective This study summarized the recent traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)used in the treatment of coronavirus disease 19(COVID-19)and analyzed the existing problems,therefore to provide basis for their further development and rational application.Methods The application of TCM in the treatment of COVID-19 was summarized by literature investigation and Excel software data processing method,and the existing problems were analyzed.Results The components of TCM used in this epidemic are complicated,and the combination of the TCM is mainly antipyretics,exterior-relieving drugs and qi-regulating drugs.Especially,antipyretics account for 29%of all kinds.The main known active ingredients are flavonoids,accounting for about 60%of all kinds,such as quercetin,kaempferol and luteolin,etc.They exert their therapeutic effects in a comprehensive manner through key targets such as prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase 2(PTGS2),mitogen-activated protein kinase 1(MAPK1)and interleukin-6(IL-6),but their material basis and mechanism need further discussion.However,their material basis and mechanism need to be further explored.Conclusion On the basis of network pharmacology and molecular docking research,further experimental studies such as material basis-pharmacodynamics-pathway verification are carried out to clarify their material basis and mechanism of action,and it is expected to develop new prescriptions of TCM with better curative effect and higher safety.
