摘　　要：目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清pannexin-1水平及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法选择2020年4月-2021年6月于本院就诊的新诊断T2DM患者92例作为研究对象,按病情分为T2DM合并NAFLD患者60例(T2DM合并NAFLD组)和单纯T2DM患者32例(T2DM组)两组;另选择同期本院体检健康者30名为正常组(NC组)。ELISA法检测各组血清pannexin-1水平。结果T2DM合并NAFLD组及T2DM组的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)水平高于NC组,胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)低于NC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2DM合并NAFLD组甘油三酯(TG)、FPG、FINS、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、pannexin-1水平高于T2DM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组间pannexin-1水平比较:T2DM合并NAFLD组血清pannexin-1水平高于T2DM组及NC组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05);T2DM组血清pannexin-1水平高于NC组。结论新诊断2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清pannexin-1水平升高并与胰岛素抵抗密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum pannexin-1 level and insulin resistance in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 92 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM in the first hospital of Qiqihar from April 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into T2DM combined with NAFLD group(60 patients)and T2DM group(32 patients)according to the disease condition,and 30 healthy people in our hospital during the same period were selected as the normal group(NC group).The level of serum pannexin-1 was detected by ELISA.Spss19.0 software package was used to carried out statistical analysis.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance(IR)in T2DM combined with NAFLD group and T2DM group were higher than those in NC group,and pancreas isletβcell function index(HOMA-β)was lower than the NC group,the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR and Pannexin-1 in T2DM combined with NAFLDgroup were higher than those in T2DM group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of pannexin-1 levels among groups:the serum pannexin-1 level in T2DM combined with NAFLD group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group and NC group(P<0.05);The level of serum pannexin-1 in T2DM group was higher than that in NC group.Conclusions The level of serum pannexin-1 in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease increases and it is closely related to insulin resistance.
