摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市干部职工身体健康状况,分析其异常结果分布规律,为干部职工的健康管理提供依据。方法对2012年~2018年健康查体的干部的体检结果进行分析。结果在37545例查体干部中,在职24512例,离退休13033例。总体排在前5位的异常结果依次是超重、甲状腺异常、前列腺增生、脂代谢异常和脂肪肝。其中,在职干部检出率排在前5位的异常结果依次是超重、脂代谢异常、脂肪肝、甲状腺异常和高血压病,除肿瘤标志物外,女性甲状腺异常与血常规异常患病率显著高于男性,其余异常结果男性患病率显著高于女性(P<0.05);离退休干部检出率排在前5位的异常结果依次是前列腺增生、甲状腺异常、超重、高血压病和脂代谢异常。结论干部职工的健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康宣教,提倡积极健康的生活方式,促进干部职工的身心健康。Objective To understand the health status of in-service cadres and retired cadres in Weifang.Analyze the regularity of abnormal results to provide evidence for health management of in-service cadres and retired cadres.Methods Analyzed the health examination results of in-service cadres and retired cadres from 2012 to 2018.Results Among the 37545 health examination cadres, there are 24512 in-service cadres and 13033 retired cadres.The top five abnormal results were overweight, thyroid disorder, prostatic hyperplasia, abnormal lipid metabolism and fatty liver.The top five abnormal results of in-service cadres were overweight, abnormal lipid metabolism, fatty liver, thyroid disorder and hypertension.Except tumor markers, the prevalence of thyroid disorder and abnormal blood routine in women were significantly higher than that in men, but the prevalence of other abnormal results in men were significantly higher than that in women(P<0.05).The top five abnormal results of retired cadres were prostatic hyperplasia, thyroid disorder, overweight, hypertension and abnormal lipid metabolism.Conclusion The health status of in-service cadres and retired cadres is not optimistic.In order to promote the physical and mental health of them, the health education should be strengthened, and the positive and healthy lifestyle should be advocated.
