摘　　要：出于中小型皮革企业对于高精度自动化皮革裁剪的一般需求,本研究组建了一种嵌入式数控皮革裁割机,该设备由可吸附工作平台、传动装置、PCI-1240U型运动控制卡等主要硬件组成。并基于Windows操作系统环境通过Qt Creator开发相应的操作界面,建立了一套成本相对低廉,操作较为友好的自动化皮革裁剪方案。对该设备的实际应用效果进行了测试,结果表明,本研究设计的嵌入式数控皮革裁割机能够较为精确地完成皮革坯料的裁剪工作,可满足中小型皮革加工企业的常规批量化生产要求。For the general needs of small and medium-sized leather enterprises for high-precision automatic leather cutting, an embedded NC leather cutting machine was established. The equipment is composed of adsorbable working platform, transmission device, PCI-1240 U motion control card and other main hardware. The corresponding operation interface was developed through QT Creator based on Windows operating system. A set of automatic leather cutting scheme with relatively low cost and friendly operation was established, and the actual application effect of the equipment was tested. The testing results show that the embedded NC leather cutting machine designed in this research can accurately complete the cutting of leather, and can meet the conventional batch production requirements of small and medium-sized leather processing enterprises.
