摘  要:利用Force Sensing Resistors(FSR)薄膜压力传感器,对6名无明显身体缺陷和足部疾病的青年志愿者站在橡胶鞋垫、经编间隔鞋垫、纯棉针织鞋垫、纯棉机织鞋垫4种情况下,对脚拇趾、第一跖骨、第五跖骨、足跟处的压力进行分析,通过比较4个测量部位压力值,得到不同类型的鞋垫对足底压力缓冲性能的影响。研究表明:第五跖骨与足跟区域的压力较大;经编间隔鞋垫对足底缓冲减压效果最好,相比站在橡胶鞋垫上足跟处压力减少了41%;纯棉针织鞋垫对脚拇趾的缓冲效果较为明显,足跟处压力缓冲效果较经编间隔鞋垫不明显。Six young volunteers with no obvious physical defects and foot diseases stand on rubber insoles, warp interval insoles, pure cotton knitted insoles and pure cotton woven insoles, under the circumstance, the pressure on the thumb, first metatarsal, fifth metatarsal and heel was analyzed using the Force Sensing Resistors(FSR). By comparing the pressure values of the four measuring sites, the effect of different types of insoles on the pressure buffer performance of the plantar was obtained. The study show that the pressure on the fifth metatarsal and heel area is greater, warp interval insoles has the best effect on plantar cushion decompression, which is 41% less than standing on the heel of rubber insoles. The effect of cotton knitted insoles on the thumb cushioning is more obvious, heel pressure buffer effect is not obvious than that of the warp interval insoles.
