摘　　要：为了解决温州民营制鞋企业融资难、风险大的难题,促进民营制鞋企业良性发展,调研了温州民营制鞋企业的发展现状,分析了融资困难的内部原因及外部原因,有针对性地提出了对策与建议。评估融资风险作为民营制鞋企业自身可操作的主动应对方法,是行之有效的辅助决策手段,通过建立风险评估指标体系,利用层次分析法、CIM模型、模糊评价法进行求解获得融资过程中的风险值,评估的风险结果可作为民营制鞋企业融资决策的辅助依据,具有实际应用价值,为温州民营制鞋企业的融资管理提供了技术支撑。In order to solve the problem of financing difficulty and big risk of Wenzhou private shoemaking enterprises, and promote the benign development of private shoemaking enterprises, the development status of Wenzhou private shoemaking enterprises was investigated, the internal and external reasons of financing difficulties were analyzed, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. Countermeasures and suggestions of financing risk assessment as a privately operated shoemaking enterprise itself operable active auxiliary decision method was effective and feasible way to cope with the situation, through the establishment of risk evaluation index system, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), the CIM model, fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk in the process of obtaining financing value, risk assessment results can be used as the auxiliary basis of privately operated shoemaking enterprise financing decision. It has practical application value and provides technical support for the financing management of Wenzhou private shoemaking enterprises.
