摘　　要：将疏水的生物质基糠醛变色分子Donor-acceptor Stenhouse adducts(DASA)用十二烷基磺酸钠包裹后,将其加入到环境友好的阴离子型水性聚氨酯(Waterborne polyurethane,WPU)中,制备了一种革制品用高物性双重隐形防伪涂饰剂DASA-WPU。涂覆了该材料的合成革,经加热或紫外光照射,能通过肉眼可辨的显色或荧光实现合成革的双重隐形防伪功能;此外,通过热重分析仪、耐磨仪等表征显示,DASA-WPU防伪涂层颜色可逆性、耐热性、耐磨性及耐水性较好。研究结果表明,DASA-WPU涂饰剂是一种性能良好的革制品用隐形防伪材料。The preparation of dual-mode invisible anti-counterfeiting coatings featuring sustainability and high performance for leather products was demonstrated. To give anti-counterfeiting nature,hydrophobic furfural-derived donor-acceptor Stenhouse adducts( DASA) are first rendered with water-dispersibility by encapsulating into micelles formed by sodium dodecyl sulfate. Then,environmentally friendly waterborne polyurethane integrated with them can act as a sustainable,high-performance,anti-counterfeiting coating for leather products. After decorating on the surface of synthetic leathers,their anti-counterfeiting function can be realized by color change upon heating or visible emissions upon UV irradiation. Moreover,this elaborately designed anti-counterfeiting coating possesses excellent color reversibility,heat resistance,wearability,and water resistance. Our results indicate that the DASA-WPU emulsion can serve as an excellent invisible anti-counterfeiting coating for leather products.
