摘  要:转运蛋白(TSPO)主要位于线粒体外膜,其生理功能主要是参与胆固醇的转运。TSPO参与形成线粒体通透性转换孔(mPTP),介导线粒体膜内外的化学物质及信号交换。大量研究表明,TSPO与心血管疾病、神经退行性疾病、神经病理性疼痛、肿瘤和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等相关,可通过调节mPTP开放、线粒体凋亡和P53等途径诱导细胞凋亡。本综述为TSPO作为药物治疗靶点提供思路和依据。Translocator protein(TSPO) is mostly located in the outer mitochondrial membrane, and its physiological function is to get involved in cholesterol transport. TSPO also participates in the formation of mitochondrial permeability transition pores(mPTP), and mediates the exchange of chemicals and signals inside and outside the mitochondrial membrane. Many studies have shown that TSPO is associated with cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, neuropathic pain, tumor and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and can induce apoptosis by regulating mPTP opening, mitochondrial apoptosis and P53. This review aims to advance our understanding of TSPO as a drug therapy target.
