摘  要:文章利用矢量有限元法计算了三种矩形微屏蔽线主模截止波长的特性,其中包括单信号线矩形微屏蔽线,双信号线矩形微屏蔽线和三信号线矩形微屏蔽线。主模截止波长随金属信号线的尺寸和位置的改变而发生改变,这些数值结果进一步扩展了矩形微屏蔽线在微波集成电路中的设计和应用,具有较大的实用价值。In this paper,the cutoff characteristic of dominant mode in three types of rectangular-shaped microshield lines is calculated by edge-based FEM.These microshield lines include rectangular-shaped microshield line with single signal line,rectangular-shaped microshield line with dual signal lines and rectangular-shaped microshield line with three signal lines.The cutoff wavelength can be adjusted by changing the dimensions of the metallic signal strip as well as by adjusting its position.The numerical results provide an extension to the existing design data of rectangular-shaped microshield line,with considerable value in practical applications.
