摘　　要：主要讨论了保险杠喷涂水性色漆时针对固定颜色(珍珠白)局部位置发生的失光现象,通过对涂料、设备及涂装工艺进行排查和对比分析,发现开关枪的瞬间清漆与固化剂出漆不同步是导致失光的主要原因,对此位置喷涂轨迹进行调整从而解决了失光不良。The paint,equipment and painting process for the loss of light in the fixed color(pearl white)when spraying water-based paint on the bumper were discussed.Through comparative analysis,it was found that the lack of synchronization.between the instant varnish and the curing agent when the gun switched on and off was the main reason.The spraying trajectory and coating process parameters of this position were adjusted to solve the problem of loss of light.
