摘　　要：经过与同行车型对标,发现公司驾驶室面漆外观质量存在较大差距,通过市场调查、工艺方法分析和现场调整,找到产生此问题的主要原因,进而提出解决措施,一定程度上提升了驾驶室面漆外观质量,缩小了与竞争对手的差距。After benchmarking with peer models,it was found that there was a large gap in the appearance quality of the company's truck cab topcoat.Through market research,process analysis and on-site adjustments,the main reason for the problem had been found,and solutions had been proposed.To a certain extent,the appearance quality of the top paint of the cab was improved,and the gap with the competition was narrowed.
