产业集聚对中国企业出口产品质量升级的影响——基于上下游产业关联的微观检验

摘　　要：中国工业企业的集聚对出口贸易高质量发展的影响值得关注。本文基于中国工业企业数据库和中国海关数据库,从理论和实证两个方面研究了同产业集聚和基于上下游产业关联的多样化集聚对中国企业出口产品质量的影响。主要的结论有:(1)同产业集聚对企业出口产品质量升级的影响不显著,且这一结果不会因企业贸易方式的不同而发生改变,但对高技术水平企业出口产品质量的提升有一定促进作用。(2)上游产业集聚对企业出口产品质量有显著的促进作用,尤其对高技术水平企业和非纯加工贸易企业的促进作用更显著。(3)下游产业集聚可以促进企业出口产品质量的提高,但作用弱于上游产业的集聚;且同样对高技术水平企业和非纯加工贸易企业出口产品质量升级的作用更显著。因此,为更好地提升企业的出口产品质量,我们应更加注重充分发挥上下游产业关联的多样化集聚的积极作用。The impact of agglomeration of Chinese industrial enterprises on the export quality deserves great attention.Based on the Chinese Industrial Enterprise Database and the Chinese Customs Database,this paper investigates the effects of specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration on the export quality of Chinese enterprises from a theoretical and empirical perspective.The main conclusions are:(1)The effect of specialized agglomeration on the upgrading of export quality is not significant,and this result is consistent regardless of the enterprises’trade mode.But it can improve the export quality of high-tech enterprises.(2)Upstream agglomeration has a significant improvement on the export quality,especially for the high-tech enterprises and non-pure processing trade enterprises.(3)Downstream agglomeration can promote the export quality,but the effect is weaker than that of upstream agglomeration.At the same time,it is more conducive to promoting the export quality of high-tech enterprises and non-pure processing trade enterprises.Therefore,to better improve the export quality of enterprises,we should pay more attention to the positive role of diversified agglomeration based on the upstream and downstream industry linkages in promoting the export quality.
