摘 要:为避免应用常规管井井点进行筏板基础降水时,因管井井点的存在,而对筏板基础局部区域的混凝土连续性和整体性的施工造成影响,和在该处容易产生混凝土质量和防水质量缺陷的问题,结合工程实例,提出筏板基础管井井点降水套筒施工技术。此工艺简单易操作,集降水与封井于一体,保证了降水井点处筏板混凝土施工的连续性和整体性,提高了施工效率和施工质量。In order to avoid the influence on the concrete continuity and integrity construction in the local area of raft foundation due to the existence of pipe well points when using conventional pipe well points for raft foundation dewatering,and the problems of concrete quality and waterproof quality defects are easy to occur there.Combined with engineering examples,the construction technology of the pipe well point dewatering sleeve in the raft foundation was proposed.This process is simple and easy to operate.It integrates dewatering and well sealing,ensures the continuity and integrity of raft concrete construction at the dewatering well point,and improves the construction efficiency and quality.
