摘  要:装配式建筑的施工工艺与传统现浇建筑有很大的差异,其施工组织的合理与否,特别是以吊装及安装为主的工序部署,直接影响建筑工期。对预制构件吊装时间进行数据采集与分析,形成了构件吊装时间函数,并根据该函数确定单个流水段可安装预制构件的数量;根据装配式建筑施工工序特点形成5种施工流水组织形式,其中四流水段形式对各种生产资源的利用率都做到了最优,在构件吊装数量满足的前提下宜优先采用。The construction technology of prefabricated buildings is very different from that of traditional cast-in-situ buildings.The rationality of its construction organization,especially the process deployment focusing on hoisting and installation,directly affects the construction period.Through data collection and analysis of the hoisting time of prefabricated components,a component hoisting time function is formed,and the number of prefabricated components that can be installed in a single flow section is determined according to the function.According to the characteristics of the construction process of prefabricated buildings,five construction flow organization forms are formed,among which the fourth flow section form achieves the best utilization rate of various production resources,and should have the priority of use on the premise that the hoisting quantity of components meets the requirements.
