摘　　要：LOFT公寓具有层高较高、户型小、总价低、利用空间大、赠送空间多等优点。在设计LOFT公寓时,会在公共区域设计夹层楼板,作为赠送,成为销售卖点,导致二次结构工程量多。建造LOFT公寓的施工工艺及流程不同于普通住宅项目,采用夹层结构梁板随主体结构一体化施工工艺,可减少二次结构施工工程量;而外立面二次结构提前穿插施工,能缩短外架拆除时间,达到节约工期和施工成本的目的,为项目创效、降本。LOFT apartment has the advantages of higher floor height,small size apartment,low total price,large utilization space and more complimentary space.When designing LOFT apartment,mezzanine floors will be designed in public areas as gifts,which has become a selling point,resulting in large quantities of secondary structures.The construction process and process of LOFT apartment are different from ordinary residential projects.The integrated construction process of mezzanine structure beam and slab adopted along with the main structure can reduce the construction quantity of secondary structure.The interspersed construction of secondary structure of the facade is carried out in advance,which can shorten the removal time of the outer frame,save the construction period and construction cost,and create efficiency and reduce the cost for the project.
