摘  要:以贵州省黔西南州安龙县栖凤镇24份贵州山核桃种质为供试群体,采用ISSR分子标记技术进行遗传多样性分析,并利用筛选出的5条ISSR引物对24份样品进行扩增。结果显示,5条引物共扩增出30个位点,其中多态性位点26个,多态性位点比率(PPB)为86.67%,有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.5798,Shannon信息多样性指数(I)为0.4916,Nei基因多样性指数(He)为0.3344。根据UPGMA聚类分析结果,当遗传相似系数为0.712时,24份贵州山核桃种质可分为四个类群。结果表明,贵州山核桃遗传多样性水平比较高,ISSR分子标记技术可用于贵州山核桃间遗传多样性研究,可为贵州山核桃品种资源的鉴定和分类提供参考依据。In this study,24 germplasm samples of Carya cathayensis were collected from Qifeng town,Anlong county,Qianxinan prefecture,Guizhou province,and genetic diversity was analyzed by ISSR molecular markers and amplified by 5 selected ISSR primers.The results showed that the 5 primers amplified a total of 30 sites,including 26 polymorphic sites,and the polymorphism site ratio(PPB)was 86.67%.The number of effective alleles(Ne),Shannon information diversity index(I)and Nei gene diversity index(He)were 1.5798,0.4916 and 0.3344,respectively.Based on UPGMA clustering analysis,the 24 germplasms could be divided into four groups while the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.712.The results showed that the genetic diversity level of C.cathayensis was relatively high,and ISSR molecular markers could be used to study the genetic diversity of C.cathayensis,which provided a reference for the identification and classification of varieties resources of C.cathayensis.
