摘 要:本研究选取10个黍子品种的7个主要性状与籽粒产量进行通径分析和聚类分析。结果表明,可将10个黍子品种聚为3类,第一类包括晋黍8号、晋黍9号、晋黍5号、晋黍7号、雁黍7号、晋黍6号和晋黍3号共7份材料,其生物产量、株高、粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量均较低;第二类仅有齐黍1号,其籽粒产量、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量较高;第三类包括榆黍1号和晋黍1号,表现为籽粒产量、生物产量较高、粗蛋白含量最高、粗脂肪含量较高等特点。10个黍子品种生长特性、籽粒品质、生物产量和籽粒产量存在明显差异,榆黍1号和晋黍1号品种表现优于其他品种,株高分别为84.31 cm和81.48 cm,籽粒产量分别为6646.39 kg/hm^(2)和6363.28 kg/hm^(2),生物产量分别为15026.09 kg/hm^(2)和14962.05 kg/hm^(2),粗蛋白含量分别为17.8%和15.13%,粗脂肪含量分别为4.33%和4.63%。7个性状与产量直接效应大小依次为:穗重、SPAD值、根冠比、穗长、千粒重、株高、生物产量,而生物产量和株高则表现为负效应。综合考虑榆黍1号和晋黍1号两个品种适宜长城沿线旱作丘陵区全覆膜微沟穴播种植。In this study,seven main traits and grain yield of 10 millet varieties were selected for path analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that 10 varieties of millet could be gathered into 3 categories,the first category including 7 materials,namely Jinshu 8,Jinshu 9,Jinshu 5,Jinshu 7,Yanshu 7,Jinshu 6 and Jinshu 3,and the biological yield,plant height,crude protein and crude fat content were low,while the second category was only Qishu 1,which had higher grain yield,crude protein and crude fat content.And,the third category including Yushu 1 and Jinshu 1,had higher grain yield,biological yield,crude protein content and crude fat content.There were obvious differences in growth characteristics,grain quality,biological output and grain yield of the 10 varieties of millet.The varieties of Yushu 1 and Jinshu 1 were superior to other varieties with plant heights of 84.31 cm and 81.48 cm respectively,while the grain yields were 6646.39 kg/hm^(2) and 6363.28 kg/hm^(2) respectively.In addition,the biological yield was 15026.09 kg/hm^(2) and 14962.05 kg/hm^(2) and the crude protein content was 17.8%and 15.13%,while the crude lipid content was 4.33%and 4.63%in Yushu 1 and Jinshu 1,respectively.The direct effects of seven traits on yield were panicle weight,SPAD value,root-shoot ratio,panicle length,1000-grain weight,plant height and biological yield,while biological yield and plant height showed negative effects.The two cultivars Yushu 1 and Jinshu 1 were considered to be suitable for film-mulched micro-furrow hill-point planting in upland hilly areas along the Great Wall.
