摘　　要：心血管疾病已成为影响人们生活和生命健康的主要危险因素,多种心血管事件的发生严重威胁患者生命,其主要诱因是循环中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的升高。前蛋白转化酶枯草杆菌蛋白酶/kexin 9型抑制剂(PCSK9i)作为一种新型降脂药物,在降低患者血清及血浆LDL-C及降低患者的心血管事件(CV)风险中有重要作用,可能会给临床降脂治疗带来新篇章。此外,PCSK9i还可能通过减轻血管炎症反应、改善线粒体功能等方面降低心血管疾病患者的CV风险。同时,对糖尿病(DM)患者和肾脏疾病(KD)患者也有一定作用。本文主要就PCSK9i在降低心血管事件风险中的研究进展做一综述。Cardiovascular disease has become a major risk factor affecting people’s life and life health,and the occurrence of multiple cardiovascular events(CV)seriously threatens patients’lives,the leading cause of which is the elevation of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in circulation.Fortunately,as a novel lipid-lowering drug,the proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type-9 inhibitors(PCSK9i)has an important role in lowering serum and plasma LDL-C and reducing the risk of CVs in patients,which may bring a new chapter to lipid-lowering treatment in clinic.Meanwhile,PCSK9i may also reduce the risk of CVs in patients with cardiovascular disease by reducing the vascular inflammatory reactions and improving mitochondrial function.In addition,It also has some effects in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)and kidney disease(KD).In this paper,the advances in the study of PCSK9i in reducing the risk of CVs are reviewed.
