摘　　要：对国家级名老中医赵玉庸教授临床治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的经验进行总结,从中医病机、治法、辨治经验等方面分别进行论述,并列举案例进行经验总结。根据患者的临床表现和发病特点,赵老认为慢性肾盂肾炎多属中医"淋证(劳淋)""虚劳""腰痛"等范畴,病机要点为脾肾亏虚、湿热屡犯,属于本虚标实之证。湿热留恋,由脏及腑,由肾及脾,脾肾亏虚,正虚邪恋。治疗宜谨守病机,补泻并用,清利膀胱湿热的同时,注重健脾益肾,培元固肾,标本兼治。赵老治疗慢性肾盂肾炎经验丰富,博采古今有效方药,并将西医辨病和中医辨证相结合,分析用药规律,辨证论治,明显改善慢性肾盂肾炎患者临床症状,减少复发,提高患者生存质量。This paper summarized the national famous and experienced TCM doctor,Zhao Yuyong′s experiences in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis,discussed the TCM pathogenesis,treatment methods,experience of differentiation and treatment respectively,and enumerated cases for experience summary.Doctor Zhao holds the idea that patients with chronic pyelonephritis can be categorized as"strangury(overstrain strangury)""consumptive disease",and"back pain"in Chinese medicine,which main pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney and accumulation of dampness and heat.It belongs to the syndrome of deficiency root and excess manifestation.Damp-heat lingering from zang-viscera involving fu-viscera,kidney involving spleen,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficient vital qi leading to lingering of pathogen.Treatment should be based on pathogenesis,with both reinforcing and reducing.We should remove moisture and heat from the bladder,at same time invigorating the spleen and kidney,consolidating basis,addressing both symptoms and root causes.Doctor Zhao has rich experience in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis.He collects ancient and modern effective prescriptions and combines disease diagnosis in Western medicine and syndrome differentiation in TCM,analyzes the rule of medication and syndrome differentiation for treatment.This treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic pyelonephritis patients and reduce the recurrence,so as to improve the quality of life.
