摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘的方法分析研究清代京城名医孔伯华治疗眩晕的用药与治则。方法收集整理孔伯华相关著作中治疗眩晕的医案。运用Microsoft Excel 2016进行中药频数统计,利用SPSS 21.0软件进行因子分析。结果共筛选出139首方剂,含355味中药。使用频数排名前五味的中药为,眩晕病:旋覆花、石决明、知母、代赭石、黄柏,体现出眩晕多为肝火上逆,通过聚类分析得,眩晕病分为4类,通过因子分析提取出6个公因子。结论孔老在治疗眩晕时:采用降逆,清肝,升清之法.Objective To analyze the therapies and treatment principles of the vertigo by Kong Bohua,a famous Chinese medicine doctor of Beijing in the Qing Dynasty,by using data mining.Methods The medical cases of treating the vertigo by Kong Bohua were collected and sorted out.Microsoft Excel 2016 was used for carrying out the frequency statistics of Chinese materia medica,and the factor analysis was carried out by SPSS 21.0.Results 139 prescriptions were selected,including 355 Chinese materia medica.The top 5 Chinese materia medica in the treatment of vertigo were Flos Inulae,Concha Haliotidis,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Haematitum,Cortex Phellodendri.It showed that vertigo mostly resulted from the reverse of liver fire.Cluster analysis showed that vertigo was divided into 4 categories,and 6 common factors were extracted from factor analysis.Conclusion In the treatment of vertigo,Doctor Kong adopts the methods of lowering adverse qi,clearing the liver,and ascending clear.
