摘 要:为了提高纯电动汽车动力性,降低百公里电耗,为纯电动汽车匹配一种无离合的两档自动变速器。通过分析换档结构动力学特性,建立换档动力学模型、换档电机模型和驱动电机模型。为了缩短换档时间,减少换档冲击,设计一种SPWM调制联合三闭环PID控制的换档电机控制器。考虑到车辆状态变化频繁和驱动电机非线性、强耦合的特点,设计一种驱动电机模糊自适应PI控制器。仿真及试验结果显示,本文设计的控制器能够有效减少换档时间,提升换档平顺性。In order to improve the power of pure electric vehicles and reduce the electric power consumption per100 kilometers,a pure electric vehicle has been equipped with a two-speed automatic transmission without a clutch.Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the shifting structure,a shift dynamics model,a shift motor model and a drive motor model were established.In order to shorten the shift time and reduce the shift shock,a shift motor controller with SPWM modulation combined with three-closed-loop PID control was designed.Considering the frequent changes of vehicle state and the nonlinear and strong coupling features of the drive motor,a fuzzy adaptive PI controller for the drive motor was designed.The simulation and test results show that the controller designed in this paper can effectively reduce the shift time and improve the smoothness of shifting.
