联用维生素A和铁剂治疗学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨联用维生素A和铁剂治疗学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血的效果。方法:选取2019年3月至2021年3月期间徐州经济开发区城东社区卫生服务中心收治的患有缺铁性贫血的120例学龄前儿童作为研究对象。将这些患儿平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患儿使用铁剂进行治疗,为观察组患儿联用维生素A和铁剂进行治疗。然后比较两组患儿治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患儿治疗的总有效率及血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、血清铁的水平均高于对照组患儿,P<0.05;其红细胞计数多于对照组患儿,P<0.05;其红细胞游离原卟啉的水平低于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:联用维生素A和铁剂治疗学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血,可有效地提高此病患儿血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、血清铁、红细胞计数的水平,降低其红细胞游离原卟啉的水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin A combined with iron in the treatment of preschool children iron deficiency anemia.Methods:A total of 120 preschoolers with iron deficiency anemia who were admitted to Chengdong Community Health Service Center of Xuzhou Economic Development Zone from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as subjects.These children were equally divided into control group and observation group.Children in the control group were treated with iron agents,and children in the observation group were treated with vitamin A and iron agents.Then the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and the levels of hemoglobin,serum ferritin and serum iron in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The red blood cell count was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;The level of erythrocyte free protoporphyrin was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combined treatment of vitamin A and iron can effectively increase the levels of hemoglobin,serum ferritin,serum iron and red blood cell count in preschool children with iron deficiency anemia,and reduce the level of free protoporphyrin in red blood cell.
