摘 要:天然气是制氢技术的重要原料,现在天然气蒸汽转化制氢技术已经比较成熟,经济性较高。为了更符合绿色持续发展理念,针对天然气蒸汽转化制氢装置进行了节能降耗研究,对原有的工艺流程进行能耗分析,然后进行进一步的调整优化,争取在保证制氢效率的同时,进一步降低能耗,达到节约能源的目的。主要对天然气蒸汽转化制氢装置的节能降耗措施进行了分析。Natural gas is an important raw material for hydrogen production technology.At present,the hydrogen production technology of natural gas steam reforming is relatively mature and economical.In order to be more in line with the concept of green and sustainable development,energy saving and consumption reduction studies have been carried out for the natural gas steam conversion hydrogen production unit,and the original process flow has been analyzed for energy consumption,and then further adjustments and optimizations have been made to strive to ensure the efficiency of hydrogen production at the same time,To further reduce energy consumption and achieve the purpose of energy saving.The article briefly analyzes the energy-saving and consumption-reducing measures of the natural gas steam reforming hydrogen production unit.
