摘 要:通过改善偏钛酸水解工艺的参数指标,提升偏钛酸的粒径表现,并通过优化有机包膜剂种类来增强涂料的防水性能,最后将其加入至涂料中制备出一种漆膜涂层。通过一系列物理、化学测试方法研究了晶种加量对偏钛酸粒径的影响以及不同有机包膜剂对漆膜防水性能的影响。结果表明,晶种加量在0.6%时,偏钛酸的粒径表现最佳,选用聚甲基硅氧烷作为有机包膜剂符合涂料工艺要求,且防水性能较好。By improving the parameters of the metatitanic acid hydrolysis process,the particle size performance of metatitanic acid is improved,and the waterproof performance of the coating is enhanced by optimizing the type of organic coating agent,and finally added to the coating to prepare a paint film coating.Through a series of physical and chemical testing methods,the influence of seed crystal addition on the particle size of metatitanic acid and the influence of different organic coating agents on the waterproof performance of the paint film are studied.The results show that the particle size of metatitanic acid has the best performance when the amount of seed crystals is 0.6%.The choice of polymethylsiloxane as the organic coating agent meets the requirements of the coating process and has better waterproof performance.
