摘　　要：甲醛作为主要工业原料,在多项生产领域当中都有使用,妥善处理甲醛生产工作,有助于确保生产安全进行。由于甲醛使用甲醇为原料,生产过程中的副反应还会产生一氧化碳、氢气、甲烷等物质,导致生产现场爆炸混合气体较多。为了保证生产工作的安全性,从甲醛生产工艺出发,研究生产过程中的主要安全问题,然后提出安全管理建议,以提升甲醛生产的安全性。Formaldehyde,as the main industrial raw material,is used in many production fields.Proper treatment of formaldehyde production helps to ensure the safety of production.Because formaldehyde is produced with methanol as raw material,the side reactions in the production process will also produce carbon monoxide,hydrogen,methane and other substances,resulting in more explosive mixed gases at the production site.In order to ensure the safety of production,starting from the formaldehyde production process,this paper studies the main safety problems in the production process,and then puts forward safety management suggestions to help the factory improve the safety of formaldehyde production.
