摘　　要：目的:探究分析风湿性心脏病患者采用保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗的效果。方法:将80例风湿性心脏病患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采用不保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗方案,观察组采用保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗方案,通过对比两组患者治疗后的心功能改善情况、左心室功能指标情况和治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的心功能分级,LVEDD和LVESD水平和治疗有效率均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:保留二尖瓣装置换瓣术治疗风湿性心脏病患者的效果显著,不仅可以改善患者的心功能情况,同时对其左心室功能起到很好的保护作用。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of mitral valve replacement in patients with rheumatic heart disease.Methods:Eighty patients with rheumatic heart disease were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with mitral valve replacement without preservation of mitral valve device,and the observation group was treated with mitral valve replacement with preservation of mitral valve device.The improvement of cardiac function,left ventricular function and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The heart function grade,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of mitral valve replacement for rheumatic heart disease is remarkable and it can not only improve the cardiac function,but also protect the left ventricular function.
