摘　　要：目的:探讨螨制剂舌下免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎并咽鼓管功能不良的效果。方法:收集佛山市南海区人民医院2019年3月—2020年6月收治的60例/82耳(单耳38例,双耳22例)变应性鼻炎并咽鼓管功能不良患儿作为研究对象,以随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例(41耳)。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组加用螨制剂舌下免疫治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后咽鼓管功能改善率及鼻部症状评分。结果:治疗12周后观察组患儿咽鼓管功能改善率高于对照组,鼻部症状评分低于对照组。结论:螨制剂舌下免疫治疗儿童变应性鼻炎可以促进咽鼓管功能不良的恢复、减轻鼻部症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of sublingual immunotherapy with mite preparation on children with allergic rhinitis and Eustachian tube dysfunction.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2020,60 cases/82 ears of children with allergic rhinitis and Eustachian tube dysfunction were collected(38 cases of single ear and 22 cases of both ears).They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases(41 ears)in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group received sublingual immunotherapy with mite preparations.The improvement rate of Eustachian tube function and nasal symptom scores were compared between the two groups of children before and after treatment.Results:After 12 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of Eustachian tube function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the nasal symptom score was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:Sublingual immunotherapy with mite preparation can promote the recovery of Eustachian tube dysfunction and relieve nasal symptoms in children with allergic rhinitis.
