摘 要:为提高螺旋锥齿轮的加工精度,提出双正交B样条小波的优化设计方法。以球面渐开线的形成理论为依据,运用MATLAB获取齿面离散点数据。利用双正交B样条小波去除齿面高频细节特征信息,保留低频主体特征信息,重构出一组更合理、有效的齿面离散点。将重构的数据点通过NURBS曲面进行精确拟合后,得到具有较低高斯曲率和较低复杂程度的齿面。将该方法获得的齿面数字化模型进行数控加工并对精加工后的齿面运用三坐标测量仪进行测量和误差分析。结果表明:通过双正交B样条小波处理后的齿面具有较高的加工精度;螺旋锥齿轮数字化模型的重构,为提高螺旋锥齿轮的加工精度提供了一种新的理论方法。In order to improve the machining accuracy of spiral bevel gear, an optimal design method based on biorthogonal B-spline wavelet was proposed. Based on the formation theory of spherical involute, the discrete point data of tooth surface were obtained by using MATLAB. The high-frequency detailed feature information of tooth surface was removed by using biorthogonal B-spline wavelet, and the main feature information of low-frequency main body was retained, and a set of more reasonable and effective discrete points of tooth surface were reconstructed. The reconstructed data points were accurately fitted through NURBS surface, the tooth surface with lower Gaussian curvature and lower complexity was obtained. The digital model of the tooth surface obtained by using this method was processed by numerical control, and the precision machined tooth surface was measured and the error was analyzed by using coordinate measuring instrument. The results show that the tooth surface processed by biorthogonal B-spline wavelet has high machining accuracy;a new theoretical method is provided for improving the machining accuracy of spiral bevel gear by reconstructing the digital model of spiral bevel gear.
