摘 要:磨削砂轮子系统是数控成型磨齿机的主要功能系统,决定加工的精度和质量。提高其可靠性需要先找到故障原因以及磨削砂轮系统的薄弱环节。把磨削砂轮系统故障作为顶事件进行FTA分析,之后运用AHP构建故障层次模型,计算出每个故障因素发生的概率权重值,明确造成磨削砂轮系统故障的主要原因,提出改善方案增加磨削砂轮系统的可靠性。The grinding wheel system is the main function system of CNC forming gear grinding machine determining the precision and quality of processing. In order to improve its reliability, it is necessary to find the failure cause and weak link of the grinding wheel system. The grinding wheel system failure was taken as the top event for FTA analysis, then AHP was used to build a fault hierarchy model, the probability weight value of each failure factor was calculated, the key failure factors that affected the grinding wheel system were clarified, and the improvement measures were proposed finally to improve the reliability of the grinding wheel system.
