摘  要:为实现零件设计与误差测量的一体化,解决基于高级语言的零件工程语义规范化表示和三坐标测量机(CMM)探测系统智能配置的难题,将本体(OWL)技术应用到CMM探测系统智能配置中。利用MBD技术定义和表示零件,分析测量零件PMI信息之间的关联关系,并采用OWL术语构建其语义规范化表示的探测系统本体模型。设计一种从CAD系统提取信息后直接生成.owl文件的算法,将ontoSTEP本体与探测系统本体模型融合,得到包含PMI信息的探测系统本体;采用Jena建立探测系统的推理规则,使用知识库系统推理出合理的探测系统方案。对某公司的凹模冲压零件中的平行度公差进行推理验证,得到测头为TP200和SP25,与之对应的测座为A类和B类,验证了该推理方法的有效性。In order to realize the integration of part design and error measurement, ontology wed language(OWL) technology was applied to intelligent configuration of CMM detection system to solve the problems of standardized representation of part engineering semantics based on high-level language and intelligent configuration of the three coordinate measuring machine(CMM) detection system. MBD technology was used to define and represent parts, and the relationships between PMI information of measured parts were analyzed, and OWL terminology was used to construct the ontology model of the detection system with its semantic standardized representation. An algorithm to directly generate.owl files after extracting information from the CAD system was designed, and the ontoSTEP ontology was integrated with the detection system ontology model to obtain the detection system ontology containing PMI information;Jena was used to establish the inference rules of the detection system, and the knowledge base system was used to reason out a reasonable detection system plan. The parallelism tolerance in die stamping parts of a company was deduced and verified. The results show that the probes are TP200 and SP25, and the corresponding probes are class A and class B, which verifies the effectiveness of the reasoning method.
