摘 要:针对变齿厚渐开线齿轮包络环面蜗杆传动,创建其有限元模型。分析不同载荷及装配误差对齿面接触状态及应力的影响规律,并进行了接触斑点和传动性能测试。结果表明:传动副接触斑点与接触状态一致,齿面应力沿接触线分布并随着载荷的增加而变大;中心距、齿轮轴向偏移、蜗杆轴向偏移、轴交角4项装配误差中,变齿厚渐开线轴向偏移误差的影响较小,中心距误差对传动副齿面接触状态和应力影响显著,环面蜗杆轴向偏移误差和轴交角误差对应力均有影响,应尽可能减少后3项的安装误差;传动副样机的传动效率在51%~67%之间,正转传动效率略优于反转。The finite element model of variable tooth thickness involute gear enveloping hourglass worm drive was established. The influences of different loads and assembly errors on the contact state and stress of tooth surface were analyzed, and the contact spots and transmission performance were tested. The results show that the contact spots of the transmission pair are consistent with the contact states, and the tooth surface stress is distributed along the contact line and becomes larger with the increase of the load;among the four assembly errors, such as center distance error, axial offset error of the involute gear, axial offset error of the hourglass worm, and shaft angle error, the influence of the axial offset error of the variable tooth thickness involute gear is small, the center distance error has a significant effect on the contact state and stress of the transmission pair tooth surface, the axial offset error of the hourglass worm and intersection angle error have influence on the stress, the installation error of the last three items should be minimized;the transmission efficiency of the prototype is between 51%~67%, and the forward rotation transmission efficiency is slightly higher than the reverse.
