摘 要:从铁路站房能源管理系统建设现状出发,以落实国家及铁路节能发展规划为目的,通过分析、研究,力求为铁路站房能源管理系统构建提供技术支撑。提出站房提升能效的关键研究对象及可进一步挖掘的节能潜力,利用先进技术和有针对性的节能控制策略,通过大数据、移动互联等信息化、数字化手段,构建一种新型建筑设备监控及能源管理系统。该系统采用管控一体模式,可实现站房能耗的在线监测、统计、诊断分析和设备联动,以及设备的全生命周期管理,并已在雄安站房予以应用。Starting from the current situation of the construction of railway station building energy management system,this paper aims to provide technical support for the construction of railway station building energy management system through analysis and research,so as to implement the national and railway energy conservation development plan.In addition,this paper proposes the key research objects for improving the energy efficiency of station building and the energy-saving potential that can be further explored,so as to build a new building equipment monitoring and energy management system by using advanced technologies,targeted energy-saving control strategies,and information and digital means such as big data and mobile internet.The system adopts the integrated management and control mode for the online monitoring,statistics,diagnostic analysis and equipment linkage of station building energy consumption,as well as the whole life cycle management of equipment.The system has been applied in Xiong’an station building.
