摘　　要：大菱鲆是我国北方重要的工厂化养殖海水鱼类。研究表明,功能性饲料添加剂能够提高大菱鲆的生长性能,改善营养品质,增强免疫力,降低疾病发生从而减少鱼药的应用、提高经济效益。文章综述了不同种类功能性饲料添加剂在大菱鲆生长、健康和品质等方面的研究进展,以期为该鱼高效低成本功能性配合饲料的研发提供更多有效参考。The turbot Scophthalmus maximus L.is a marine fish species which is mainly factory cultured in the north of China.Functional feed additives is useful for improving the growth performance and nutritional quality of cultured turbot,enhancing its immunity and disease resistance,so as to reduce the application of fish medicine and improve economic benefits.This paper summarized the research progress of different kinds of functional feed additives in aspets of growth,health and quality of turbot,In order to provide reference for the development of high-efficient,low cost and functional formula feed.
