摘 要:试验旨在探究蛋白质水平对中华小长臂虾(Palaemonetes sinensis)生长的影响,以确定适宜的蛋白质水平。采用蛋白质梯度法,以鱼粉为动物蛋白源,用酪蛋白调节各组蛋白质梯度,饲料中蛋白质梯度分别设置为25.69%、29.25%、32.81%、36.37%、39.93%、43.49%,每个梯度设3个重复,每个重复放养平均初始重约(0.088±0.010)g的中华小长臂虾50尾,试验为期60 d。结果表明,蛋白质水平为32.81%组和36.37%组的试验虾增重率、特定生长率、蛋白质效率、饲料转化率最高,且显著大于其他试验组(P<0.05)。以增重率和饲料转化率为指标,用线性和二次回归拟合,求得中华小长臂虾饲料适宜蛋白质水平为分别为33.11%~35.52%和34.49%~-35.44%。综合以上试验结果得出中华小长臂虾饲料适宜蛋白质水平为34.49%~35.44%。The purpose of the experiment was to explore the effect of protein level on the growth of Palaemonetes sinensis,so as to determine the appropriate protein level.Using protein gradient method,fish meal was used as animal protein source,and casein was used to adjust the protein gradient of each group.The protein gradient in feed was set as 25.69%,29.25%,32.81%,36.37%,39.93%and 43.49%respectively.Three repetitions were set for each gradient,and 50 shrimps with anaverage initial weight of 0.088 g were reared in each repetition.The experimental water temperature was24.6-28.8℃,and the shrimps were fed twice a day for 60 days.The results showed that the weight gainrate,specific growth rate,protein efficiency and feed conversion rate of experimental shrimps with pro-tein levels of 32.81%and 36.37%were the highest,and were much higher than those of other experimen-tal groups(P<0.05).Taking the weight gain rate and feed conversion rate as indexes,linear and quadrat-ic regression were used to gain the suitable protein levels of Palaemonetes sinensis feed,they were33.11%-35.52%and 34.49%-35.44%,respectively.Based on the above experimental results,it was con-cluded that the appropriate protein level of diet was 34.49%-35.44%for Palaemonetes sinensis.
