摘 要:动物机体除完善的功能体系正常运转之外,还必须有一套完整的防御各种危害机体正常生命活动因素作用的自我防御体系。动物机体内部存在一整套强大的自我防御功能,构建起维护机体健康第一道防线。动物体内存在的以抗病和抗损伤为目标的自我防御功能包括防御和修复两个方面,主要涉及物理屏障防御、化学防御、消化道微生物组生态防御、重要生理功能动态稳衡生理防御、DNA、某些组织修复等5个方面内容。文章将依据系统思维方式重点讨论动物机体自我防御功能理念和机制,为在科学设计、实施动物健康营养管理技术体系时进行营养干预提供技术依据。In addition to the normal functional complete function system,the animal body must also have a complete self-defense system to defend against various factors that endanger the normal life activities of the body.There is a complete set of powerful self-defense functions in the animal body,which builds the first line of defense to maintain the body’s health.The self-defense functions in animals with the goal of resistance to disease and damage include both defense and repair,mainly involving five aspects of functions,such as physical barrier defense,chemical defense,ecological defense of the digestive tract microbiome,physiological dynamic balance of some important functions and the repair of DNA and some tissues.This review focused on the concept and mechanism of the animal body’s self-defense function based on the systematic thinking mode,and could provide technical basis for nutritional intervention in the scientific design and implementation of integrated technique systems for animal health and nutrition management technology.
