摘 要:采场巷道岩体结构复杂,局部应力高度集中,顶板失稳破坏现象时有发生,对井下工作人员及设备造成了很大威胁,因此开展巷道顶板的稳定性评价研究十分必要。选取巷道结构特征因素、岩体质量因素、工程环境因素等评价指标,构建了具有模糊性、客观性的稳定性评价指标体系;利用云模型代替隶属函数,构建了基于云模型的巷道顶板稳定性模糊评价模型。以程潮铁矿-430 m水平采场充填体下部崩落采场巷道顶板为工程实例,利用构建的评价模型对巷道顶板稳定性进行了评价,结果表明:原支护方式下的巷道顶板稳定性评价结果为“不稳定”;调整支护措施后重新进行评价,发现顶板的稳定性明显提高。研究结果表明该方法在巷道顶板稳定性评价中具有科学性和实用性,评价结果可为后期巷道顶板监测与治理提供参考。Because of the complicated structure of roadway rocks with highly concentrated local stress,the roof fai-lure occurs from time to time,which poses a threat to the underground workers and equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the study on the stability evaluation of the roadway roof.In this paper,the fuzzy and objective evaluation system of roadway roof stability was constructed with the selected evaluation factors including roadway structural characteristics,rock mass quality and engineering conditions.Upon replacement of the membership function with the cloud model,the fuzzy evaluation model of roadway roof stability based on the cloud model was able to be established.Taking the roadway roof with fill mass at level-430 m horizontal stope in Chengchao Iron Mine as an engineering example,the stability of roadway roof was evaluated by using the constructed evaluation model.The evaluation results show that the roadway roof with the original support mode was"unstable".As the roof support was changed,the roof stability could be significantly improved.The results from study indicate that this approach is scientific and practical when being used for the evaluation of roadway roof stability,and the evaluation results can be provided for reference in the later monitoring and handling of roadway roof.
