摘 要:根据云南滇池地区海相沉积大型层状磷块岩矿石性质,采用与生产工艺流程一致的单一反浮选流程研究了矿石的磨矿细度、最佳药剂制度,以及最佳条件下的浮选效果。试验结果表明:在原矿P_(2)_(5)品位为24.46%、MgO质量分数为5.58%、磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占89.97%、硫酸用量为16.0 kg/t、YP6(捕收剂)用量为2.0 kg/t、磷酸用量为1.5 kg/t的条件下,可获得P_(2)_(5)品位为31.07%、MgO质量分数为0.66%、P_(2)_(5)回收率为89.95%的合格磷精矿指标。Depending on the nature of the phosphate rocks from a large layered marine sedimentary deposit in Dianchi area,experimental study on the flotation of the phosphate rock was performed by single reverse flotation process which has been applied in the running beneficiation plant.The flotation tests were carried out to determine the optimum fineness of grinding and reagent regime.The testing results show that when the ore sample was ground to 89.97%-0.074 mm as the flotation feed containing 24.26%P_(2)_(5)and 5.58%MgO,the phosphate concentrate assaying 31.07%P_(2)_(5)and 0.66%MgO can be obtained with 89.95%P_(2)_(5)recovery.The satisfactory flotation perfor-mance was achieved with reagents consumption of sulfuric acid 16.0 kg/t flotation feed,the collector YP62.0 kg/t flotation feed and phosphoric acid 1.5 kg/t flotation feed.
