摘  要:对云南混合型胶磷矿中的磷矿物、白云石和硅质矿物进行了浮选速率试验和接触角等机理研究,结果表明:当浮选时间超过2 min后,浮选过程为无效选矿;延长浮选时间虽然可以提高精矿回收率,但会降低精矿品位。利用白云石矿物、磷矿物和硅质矿物在一定浮选时间内浮选速率的高低可以确定脱除脉石矿物的浮选工艺,即先混合浮出磷矿物和白云石矿物、脱除槽底硅质矿物,再分选已混合浮出的磷矿物和白云石矿物。机理研究结果表明,试验矿样的相对接触角差大于15.11°时才能获得较好的选别指标。In this paper,the flotation tests targeted on mechanism study as a function of flotation rate and contact angle of the phosphate mineral,dolomite and silicate minerals contained in Yunnan mixed type of phosphate rocks were conducted.The results show that when the flotation time was longer than 2 min,the ore was not amenable to beneficiation by flotation.Although extension of the flotation time was likely to improve the concentrate recovery,the concentrate grade tended to decrease.Depending on the difference of flotation rate between dolomite and phosphate and silicates in a certain flotation time,the flotation process circuit for removing gangue minerals can be determined as follows:the bulk flotation of the phosphate minerals and dolomite minerals is to be carried out leaving the silicates in the pulp or tailing,followed by separation of phosphate rock from dolomite.The mechanism study results show that encouraging flotation performance can be achieved when the relative contact angle difference between the mineral and the bubble of the testing sample is greater than 15.11°.
