摘 要:智能开铁口机器人的温度场主要取决于铁水与钻杆间的对流、传导与辐射。吹扫介质及环境通风等热流耦合作用会带走部分热量,并使整个温度场保持热平衡。首先,本文将智能开铁口机器人数字模型按实际工作环境建立。然后,通过计算机进行分析计算与模拟,来了解开铁口机的工作温度场。通过分析不同工作条件下的计算结果,可优化参数有效地将智能开铁口机器人工作温度控制在可接受的范围内。该文中的模拟内容也对后续的研究提供了指导,并已通过现场测试验证。The temperature field depends mainly on the interaction of the flow of molten material through convection,radiation,thermal conduction from drilling steel,ambient temperature and heat generated by the rock drill during impact energy transmission.Flushing media and ventilation could take away some of the heat from tap hole drilling robot to reach balance.Firstly,digital model of rock drill and related flows of molten material and flushing were build according to the working environment,computer simulation and measurement from working site were done to get insight understanding of the temperature field.With the simulation result,optimized parameters were selected to keep tapping robot at acceptable temperature range at effective way,which will be foundation to select components of tapping robot.The simulation was also verified at field.
