摘  要:目的:针对市场常见的艾粉掺假现象,构建艾粉及其混伪品的紫外-可见-近红外指纹图谱,为艾粉的品质评价和质量控制提供一种新的思路和方法。方法:采用紫外-可见-近红外指纹技术,对7种常见艾粉混伪品(艾叶+水蒿打粉、艾叶+薄血火绒草打粉、艾叶+花生壳打粉、艾叶+野艾蒿打粉、艾叶+豚草打粉、艾叶+提油后艾叶打粉、艾叶+艾杆打粉)的提取液光谱数据进行对比分析和差异挖掘,并借助多种化学计量学方法,探讨艾粉真伪鉴别的可行性。结果:正品艾粉与其混伪品的紫外-可见-近红外指纹图谱相似度较高,相似度评价体系不能进行有效鉴别,但运用主成分分析和偏最小二乘判别模型可将其正确分类。结论:紫外-可见-近红外指纹图谱技术适用于艾粉及混伪品鉴别,本研究为艾粉的质量控制提供新的思路,也为其他种类饲料添加剂的等同性研究提供有益参考。Objective:To solve the problem of adulteration phenomenon of Artemisia argyi powder,this study attempted to construct UV-Vis-NIR spectra fingerprint of A.argyi power and adulteration,which provided a new idea and method for quality evaluation and quality control.Methods:UV-Vis-NIR spectra fingerprint technique was used to compare and analyze the differences of the extracts in A.argyi power and its adulterants(A argyi powder mixed with Artemisia selengensis powder in equal proportion,A argyi powder mixed with Leontopodium japonicum powder in equal proportion,A argyi powder mixed with shells of Arachis hypogaea in equal proportion,A argyi powder mixed with Artemisia lavandulaefolia powder in equal proportion,A argyi powder mixed with Ambrosia artemisiifolia powder in equal proportion,A argyi powder mixed with after oil extraction in equal proportion,and A argyi powder mixed with the rod powder in equal proportion),and combined with various chemometrics,the feasibility of identification of A argyi powder and its adulterants was discussed.Results:Although the UV-Vis-NIR spectra fingerprint of A argyi power and adulteration showed high similarity and the similarity evaluation system could not distinguish effectively,it could be classified correctly by principal component analysis and partial least square discriminant model.Conclusion:The technology of UV-Vis-NIR spectra fingerprint was suitable for the identification of A argyi power and adulteration,and this study provides a beneficial supplement for the market management and quality control of A argyi power.
